Our Club's Annual General Membership Meeting takes place on the 3rd Tuesday in November.

The meeting is generally held, at 6:30PM, at the club pavilion or at the Club House based on weather and health concerns.

 Please check the club calendar for updates.  

At the November meeting we vote in officers and need to have at least 25 club members to finalize the vote. 

All current members are invited to attend the General Membership Meeting.

Requirements for Candidates

January 2026, the Board formed a committee to set minimum qualifications for club leadership. On March 3, 2026, the Board approved the committee's "Club Officials and Range Safety Officers Guidelines" without opposition. Years below refer to membership in good standing.

President

10 years, plus 3 years as an officer or director

1st and 2nd Vice President

8 years, plus 3 years as an officer or director

Secretary

5 years

Treasurer

5 years, plus an accounting background

Director

5 years, plus 1 year as an RSO or in another club role

The guidelines also set requirements for appointed roles such as range chairs, committee chairs, and Range Safety Officers.
