General Membership Meeting

NOTICE - Requested General Membership Meeting:  June 25th at 6:30PM - Unaka Rod and Gun Club - Club House.   This membership meeting will be to vote on by-law changes that the board has approved that the membership will vote on to make the changes.   These changes will be primarily focused on the definitions of our membership offerings.   We require at least 25 active members to vote.  Please come and support the recommendations of the Board of Directors.  

Our Club's Annual General Membership Meeting takes place on the 3rd Tuesday in November.

The meeting is generally held, at 6:30PM, at the club pavilion or at the Club House based on weather and health concerns.

 Please check the club calendar for updates.  

At the November meeting we vote in officers and need to have at least 25 club members to finalize the vote. 

All current members are invited to attend the General Membership Meeting.
